My Name is Jessalynn Rodriguez, I am currently in the Brooklyn College Dietetic Internship Program to become a Registered Dietitian. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Nutrition with a concentration in food and nutrition from Brooklyn College. I recently graduated in 2024 with my Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from NYIT. Before I began my studies in nutrition science, I graduated from Connecticut-Lincoln Culinary Institute in 2010 with a Culinary Arts Diploma. My goal is to focus my work on GI Disorders and Diabetes Mellitus, potentially, to work in outpatient care or private practice. I really like the idea of providing nutrition education and counseling with individual clients that I would get to see through out the year. To be able to be apart of their progress and to provide a more intimate setting where clients/patients feel comfortable with our counseling secession.
